Anthony was super fast and took care of my Rocky Mountain bike and had my rim trued within minutes, and the fact I didn’t even have to wait to get back out riding was fantastic. His customer service was really great as well as his communication too! The showroom was really well laid out and I like all the products they carried with good prices. I’ll be back

Ella Myers assisted me through the process of purchasing the new bike and accessories. Ella was very helpful in providing me with the information I needed to make the decision. Great customer service from the store front staff. The Bike Shop had a full line-up of Specialized mountain e-Bikes in stock and available. I was able to take a number of bikes out on test drive & the area near the store offered some good test grounds. Thanks for everything!

Dan was very informative and patient. He took lots of time to fit my new road bike to me. He genuinely cared to make sure I would get the most enjoyable and comfortable ride with the least pain. Very knowledgeable and motivated staff - they dug around their inventory and found my dream bike (likely the last of the 11-speed 51cm Caledonia's remaining in Canada!) in the warehouse, had it sent to South store, built, and let me know when it was ready for a test ride.Thanks Bike Shop!
